Thinking anyone over 55 is not worth hiring or at least not worth the time and money to train? That seems to be what a lot professionals claim. However, our new hire certainly dispels that theory in fine fashion. It is time for you to meet our wood-shop manager, Gordon Boulton, who is THE MAN when it comes to getting great quality frames around the items you bring in. Gordon does the stocking, cutting, joining and finishing of all the moulding here at The Framing Nook.
Being very meticulous and extremely careful in all he does, Gordon has all the right personal attributes to get the job done right the first time, and to top that off, his top notch moral character is a testament to his Christian belief. Gordon says:
“Life can be very short so spend time to capture the special moments”.
He is definitely helping you do that with the part he plays in putting Your World on Your Wall. He loves swimming, horses and farming as well as building wood projects at home ‘on the farm’, especially for the grandkids! One of Gordon’s most memorable sayings is:
“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away”.
Gordon fits in nicely here, and we are proud to have him as an employee!
